The Police Force!

Chief Tain Lee is the head of the Realm Jumper Police Force. He was born in Hong Kong and has lived in the city for all of his life. The Chief is very loyal to Mayor Shichou . However, unlike Shichou, he believes that the power and knowledge of various other universes can help to create a more hopeful future for the city than what is currently going on.

Tain Lee is one of the longest running police chiefs in the history of the city. At the age of 64, he over sees the running of the Realm Jumper Police. He was chosen by a previous mayor to be an agressive leader in the war against the Triad.

Tain Lee believes that Yoko is a good girl at heart but that she is not responsible enough to deal with the Triad's intervention in the various worlds while she searches around for her father Biru . Knowning that the Mayor would say "no" to her quest to find her missing father, Mr. Lee asked Liqin Song to keep her under her care. Liqin agreed. He was also given charge of Xiaomei Wei when her father had her join the Police Force. Again fearing that she wasn't the best of choices for the main stream Police Force, he made her Liqin's partner.

It is rumored by fans that Tain Lee might be a member of the Clan and that's why Xiaomei was able to get into the ranks of the police force with no issue. This is further supported by the fact that Mayor Shichou and Lee often chat about "Affairs" but never go into might more detail than that.

Max Macaw is an anthropmorphic Microraptor thatYoko found in the Jungles of the Prima Terra realm while searching for her father. He stands at roughly 4 feet tall and is a rather scary being. It is believed that it can talk though it never seems to in the comics aside from thought bubbles. The only character can handle the raptor properly is Mindy.

Max came from the realm known as Prima Terra, in which the dinosuars didn't go extinct because of the asteroid 65 million years ago. They evolved into being highly intelligant reptiles that lived in a green world.

He was a low ranking warrior that often got in trouble for adventuring away from the rest of the pack and being a bit too ambitious at times. This is the reason why he ended up getting captured by Yoko, whom was looking for her father at the time before she joined the Police Force. While most of the Police Force fear this being, Liqin thinks he is charming. Mindy is the only being in the Force that he allows to handle him since he respects her warrior spirit and he needs to be around someone that isn't likely to get lost all the time.

Max puts up with Yoko because he thinks she's cute and it'd be a total shame to eat the Squeaky Toy.

Biru Kawaguchi (ビル川口） is the father of Yoko Kawaguchi and the inventor of the Realm Transportation Devices that Yoko uses on her travels around the multiverses. He seeks to find the "Pureland" where one day that everyone will be reborn into a better society. Biru is a smart guy but can be rather forgetful when it comes to remembering important facts, like the fact that he has a daughter and not a son.

Biru Kawaguchi was born on April 3rd in Japan. He studied metaphysics at Chicago University of Science and that's where he became interested in using particles to move objects around through a process similar to teleportation. This is what got him in trouble with the Triads since they too were interested in using these energies for their own corrupt means. This is where the plot gets darker, he married a fellow scientist named Maria. They opened up their own private labs to study thee Multiverses. He created the first "yo-yo" five years later. Both of them traveled to various realms. However, they always were tracked by the Triad. Maria soon gave birth to Yoko a few months after the first "yo-yo" was created. Biru moved his labs and familt over back to his native Japan.

Since he refused to help the Triad, the Edo Branch captured his wife and upon using stolen copies of his master plans of the "yo-yos" she was sent to a far off gate, never to be heard from again. Without knowing were she was sent, Biru began to spend much of his time travelling around the multiverses in vain. Yoko would often travel with him since he felt it was safer this way. When she got older, he became more and more focused on his work and thus she became the eccentric girl she is today since she had free reign at such a young age.

Biru has no special powers besides for being an inventor. He created the "yo-yo's" that allow for multiverse travel. He also created a briefcase that could fire missiles from it and other bullets for protection.

Mindy Isacat is a catgirl that Yoko kidnapped from a realm inhabited by Neko-jin. She's now a rookie in the police force and can be found sleeping under the desks when she's not working. Being kidnapped has been the greatest thing that's ever happened to her! Mindy is an incredibly sweet girl who loves cat nip and bubblegum. When at the side of Max Macaw, there is no way you can escape the Realm Jumper Police. Mindy has also made a goal to free Meinhard from Tobi's chains. He seems to like it a lot, but she doesn't appreciate seeing one of her kind being treated this way.

Mindy's the younger sister of Meinhard and comes from the same realm. While her brother went to the side of evil to support an annoying high schooler, Mindy ended up becomeing kidnapped by Yoko; whom believes that Mindy is just a really cute little kitty cat. She doesn't seem to be aware of the fact that she is a Neko-Jin.

Mindy accepted the job to become a rookie in the police force because she believes that she can redeem her brother from the clutches of the Triad, whom are pirating various parallel universes seeking domination over them all.

Guo Jing Wei is the head of the White Tiger Lily Clan and is the father of Xiamoei Wei. He is a progressive leader, using the knowledge of his Clan in order to improve the lives of the people of the city. Guo is friends with Mayor Shichou. though they disagree on many subjects on politics. Guo Wei believes that there is something dangerous about Shichou but can't quite put his finger on it.Unlike his daughter, Mr. Wei is very imformal and seems to be like a fatherly figure to everyone in his Clan.

Guo Wei was made head of the clan about thrity years ago. He married his wife while this transition occured. Both waited several years before deciding to have a child. This puts his age currently in the 50s, since Xiamoei is 25.
Guo took the Clan from being just an organized crime family and attempted to change it for a system of good. Growing up in the crime world, he grew disdained with the amounts of pointless deaths. After the death of his father, Guo started to have his Clan focus on techologies, sciences, and medications. This has attracted many doctors and others to join the ranks. Although the Clan still maintains criminal elements, they would be best considered choatic good.

Guo is concerned about certain elements of the Clan, especially with the influence that Shichou has in the City Government. He decided that it was a smart idea to send Xiamoei into the Police Force to act as a spy for the Clan.

Since Guo's daughter is in the Police Force, Guo wants to make sure that she has the best team possible to work with. He supports Yoko Kawaguchi's cause to find her father and is one of the few characters that believes that she is just masking her genuis with her "wonka" like attitude towards life. Guo has secertly given Yoko loans in order to track down her father. He does not know much about Liqin Song , but since she's a fellow Chinese person he believes that she also has the best intentions for the future. Rumors have it that he has also supplied Chief Lee with a lot of research agains the Triad.
